I am an English teacher who, in 2005, accepted the invitation from the municipality of Turin to open her home to visitors to the city during the following year's Winter Olympics. The desire to open her home to others had always been there, so the opportunity was seized eagerly.
Over these thirteen years of activity, we have met countless people, many of whom have become friends over the years. Some even return after many years, while others recommend us to friends visiting Turin.
For the past three years, I have been retired and have more time to pamper guests, advise them on places to try regional specialties, inform them about public transportation that connects our B&B to the city center or other countless places of interest that the city and region offer, or chat with them in the evening.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching English-language films, art programs, gardening, walking and cycling in the park, and going to the gym.
